Having no brace, or even a buffer tube, as a reasonable person, I have no reason to believe any of my pistols are an Short Barrelled Rifle. Not considered here the core issue of being taxed to exercise a right which is more explicit than the right to vote. Laws which specify payment requirements to vote in elections violate the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America since Harper v. Virginia State Board of Elections, 383 U.S. 663 (1966),
