The ATF is a Racketeer Influenced Corrupt Organization and all its agents are felons abusive of our rights to the point of being a felony under 18 U.S. Code § 241 and 18 U.S. Code § 242!
A "pistol brace" is an ambiguous term and its arbitrary application to a natural right is abusive of that right to the point of being a felony under 18 U.S. Code § 241 - Conspiracy against rights and 18 U.S. Code § 242 - Deprivation of rights under color of law. Handguns are defined as having a short stock.
They define what "person" and "whoever" are, but not pistol or brace.
(30)The term “handgun” means—
(A)a firearm which has a short stock and is designed to be held and fired by the use of a single hand; and
(B)any combination of parts from which a firearm described in subparagraph (A) can be assembled.
Pistols and braces are not defined in the 18 U.S. Code § 921 -
Definitions. (1)The term “person” and the term “whoever” include any individual, corporation, company, association, firm, partnership, society, or joint stock company.
